  • Meliesa Tigard, UNDERSTANDING WHAT’S HAPPENING HERE on Thursday, July 30, 6–8:00 PM at the 1912 Center, Lecompte Auditorium.

  • The annual Great Moscow Food Drive 2026 sponsored by the Latah County Human Rights Task Force and the Moscow Human Rights Commissioon is on Saturday, August 1 from 10am-1pm. They will collect non-perishable food and household items, fresh produce, and cash for the Moscow Food Bank, the West Side Food Pantry, and Food For Kids. Tables will be at East City Park and the Moscow Farmers Market. 

  • The Our next Social Justice Meeting is Suday, August 9, 11:30AM.  Zoom link 
  • Postcard writing to support the Georgia elections. The Men’s group is organizing this event from 7-8pm. Meet in Fellowship Hall on Wed Aug 19; September 16 meet in 3rd floor library. All materials will be provided. are They are working with the Center for Common Ground: Reclaim Our Vote Campaign, a campaign that focuses on increasing black voter turnout. 
  • Palouse Pride 2026 is August 29 at East City Park from 12-4pm.
  • Recurring Events

    • Indivisible Moscow’s First Amendment Fridays are held every Friday from 11:00-12:00 at Friendship Square in Moscow. Bring a sign stating your issue of concern and join this practical exercise in civics education. Let the conversations begin!

    • The Peace Vigil is held every Friday in Friendship Square in Moscow from 3:00-4:00 in winter and 4:00-5:00 in summer. Bring your signs with your intentions for creating a more just and peaceful world!

    • The Rally for Sanity is held every Saturday in Pullman from 12:00-2:00 on the sidewalk in front of Neill Public Library in Pullman.

    • The Palouse Protest is held every Sunday from 11:00-12:00 in Palouse, WA.
