Euro-centric culture has us believing that certain things work in particular ways.  But what happens when we release these paradigms and explore indigenous worldviews?  Could we replace capitalism with a gift economy, for example?  Or patriarchy with matriarchy?  What about truly embracing the concept of Héetewit Wéetés, or “Precious Land”?
