On August 30, the 5th Sunday of the month, the Month of Sundays committee will be donating our offertory collection that day to the Basic Needs Program at the University of Idaho. The Basic Needs Program is available to students who are experiencing financial difficulties and need access to basic items, including hygiene products, healthcare items, school supplies, and other daily essentials. We are also accepting donations of their most-needed items:
- WinCo Foods gift cards in the amount of $25-30
- New or gently-used (freshly laundered) bed linen, including pillows, pillowcases, flat sheets, fitted sheets, comforters, and blankets, in all sizes
- Single serving sized protein drinks
- Travel sized deodorant
- Granola bars
Please bring your donations to church anytime between now and August 30 and place them in the marked collection box in the ground floor lobby of the church.
