Helping with Stores of Wellbeing for the Holiday

This time of year can be a blizzard of stress. We may feel overwhelmed and our expectations are unrealistic or impossible. Hopes and worries about holidays, weather, illness, school, finances, relationships, loneliness, and seasonal ear worms dance in our heads rather than sugar plums. We’re imperfect and we can’t do it all, so let’s spend some time slowing down, breathing, and bringing mindful awareness back to the moment. Patience with others and especially yourself is a lovely surprise. And since we’ve got places to go; let it go, let it go, let it go!
